QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Know what your planner can—and can’t—do.
Practical answers before you enter anything personal. Each tool also has a short, specific FAQ below its method.
Is PCOSFighter a medical service?
No. The site provides general wellness planning information and organizational tools, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or clinical assessment. It cannot tell you whether you have PCOS or whether a symptom is caused by it. Consult a healthcare professional for decisions about symptoms, investigations, medication, diet, movement, sleep, or other care.
Do I need an account or payment?
No. All six planners are free and available without registration. Results appear immediately after valid entries are submitted within your browser. There is no paid report, account history, or premium diagnosis. Your internet connection or device provider may have its usual costs, but this plugin does not take payment.
Where do the values in a result come from?
They come from what you type or select. For example, a movement total adds your planned minutes, and a cycle interval subtracts one entered date from the next. The method is described on each tool page. The site does not import wearable data, health records, live feeds, or personalized targets. Blank optional fields are omitted.
Does the site send my planner inputs to a server?
This plugin’s planner code does not send input values to a server, call an external health service, or create saved records. The values are held in the current page’s memory. Ordinary page visits may still produce hosting logs, and unrelated plugins, analytics, extensions, or embedded services can have separate practices. The site owner should review the entire installation before making broader privacy claims.
Will my plan be here when I come back?
No. There is no automatic saving to local storage, cookies, or an account. Refreshing, closing, or navigating away from a planner clears its entries. Use Download .txt or Print / save PDF before leaving if you need a record. Clear all removes the current form and displayed result, but does not delete files you already downloaded.
Can I print or share my plan?
Yes. Generate a valid result, then choose Print / save PDF to open your browser’s print dialog or Download .txt for a plain-text file. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Check the output first, especially on shared devices. Browsers may add page headers and footers to printouts; you can change those settings in the print dialog.
Can the cycle planner predict ovulation or pregnancy?
No. It arranges historical dates and describes intervals. It does not predict your next period, ovulation, fertile days, pregnancy status, or the likelihood of conception. Missing dates or uncertain dates can make intervals misleading. Do not use it for contraception, fertility decisions, or medical interpretation; ask an appropriate healthcare professional.
Is the meal planner a PCOS diet plan?
No. You supply the meals, ingredients, and any dietary notes yourself. It does not select food, calculate calories or nutrients, check allergen safety, or prescribe restrictions. The shopping list reflects only entered ingredient lines and may be incomplete. Review labels and seek qualified advice for dietary needs, especially where allergies or medical conditions are involved.
Are the exercise or sleep totals recommended targets?
No. Planned movement minutes are simply added, and a sleep opportunity is the clock-time gap you choose between bedtime and wake time. Neither is a recommended minimum, maximum, or personal prescription. A stress rating is your own description and is not clinically interpreted. Choose suitable routines with professional input where needed.
What happens if I type code or leave a field blank?
User text is displayed as literal text, never executed or interpreted as HTML. Required fields must be completed before a result can be created. Optional blanks are left out rather than assigned a guessed value. Dates and numeric ranges have basic validity checks, but the tool cannot verify whether a personal statement or date is factually correct.
Why is JavaScript needed?
The calculations run on your device instead of on a server, so JavaScript must be enabled. Without it, forms remain disabled rather than submitting personal values. The informational pages and method descriptions are still readable. No external script service is required by this plugin; hosting, theme, or other plugins may add their own resources.
What cookies or advertising trackers are included?
This plugin does not set cookies, install analytics, load advertising, or add third-party fonts. That is not a guarantee about all of WordPress, a hosting platform, or other installed plugins. WordPress login and commenting features, for example, may have separate behavior. The Cookie Notice explains this distinction and should be reviewed by the site owner.
How do I report an incorrect calculation or accessibility barrier?
Use the contact method on the Contact page, if one is configured. State the tool, browser, and steps using invented example values. Do not send a diary or private health record. For accessibility feedback, explain the task that was blocked and any assistive technology that matters. There is no guaranteed response time, and this route does not provide medical help.
