Questions about the website?

Use this page for technical issues, accessibility feedback, and questions about how the planners work. This is not a medical advice or emergency service.

Contact the site owner

No public email address has been configured yet. Direct contact is not currently available through this website. The site owner can add a monitored address in the plugin’s setup screen.

There is no health-information upload, account inbox, or contact form in this plugin. If an email address is displayed above, following the link opens your own email application. Sending a message shares its contents and email metadata with the recipient and mail providers. It is separate from using a planner.

What to include in a technical report

Include the planner name or page URL, your browser and device type, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. If an error message appeared, copy only the error text. You can describe steps using invented example data.

Do not send symptom diaries, cycle dates, diagnoses, medication details, identification documents, or full planner exports. If you choose to include a screenshot, remove private information first. The owner does not need your health history to investigate a broken button or calculation.

Privacy and accessibility questions

For a privacy question, identify the page or feature and explain your concern without including health details. For an accessibility issue, describe the barrier and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology involved. Please say which alternative format or change would help.

There is no guaranteed response time or continuous monitoring. Contact details and message-handling practices are the responsibility of the site owner; the plugin itself does not store or process contact messages.

When not to use this contact route

The site owner cannot diagnose PCOS, interpret your personal records, choose treatment, or assess urgent symptoms through this website. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional for health advice. If you think you may need urgent medical help, contact appropriate local emergency or urgent-care services rather than waiting for an email reply.

You can also check the FAQs for questions about downloads, browser-only data, and the limits of each planner.
