ABOUT THIS SPACE

Planning with a little more kindness.

PCOSFighter is a personal wellness planning space for people who want somewhere simple to organize daily observations and routines—including people living with PCOS.

What this website is for

There is a difference between keeping a useful record and trying to explain what that record means medically. This site is built for the first task. It gives your own notes, dates, meals, movement, rest plans, and goals a clear structure that you can review, keep, or bring to a conversation with a healthcare professional.

You do not need an account or a diagnosis to use the planners. There are no subscriptions, paid results, or clinical scores in these tools. Use one planner occasionally or several together; completion is not a measure of your wellbeing.

Six small tools, one clear boundary

The diary arranges observations. The cycle planner summarizes historical date intervals. The meal planner groups your food choices. The movement planner totals your planned minutes. The sleep planner describes a clock-time opportunity. The goal planner shows progress against a target you choose. None of these functions explains why a symptom occurs or identifies a medical condition.

The name PCOSFighter does not imply that you need to fight your body or achieve a particular outcome. Here, the practical focus is choice, flexibility, and a plan you can change. There is no promise of symptom improvement, hormone changes, weight loss, or other health outcomes.

Designed to make the method visible

Every tool includes a “Behind the result” section that explains which inputs are used, what arithmetic is performed, and what the output cannot tell you. Optional fields are genuinely optional. No missing value is silently replaced with a health assumption.

You can print a result or download a plain-text copy without sending the planner inputs to our server. The plugin does not automatically save drafts. That keeps the workflow simple, but it means you should export a plan before refreshing or leaving the page.

Independent personal planning

This website is not a healthcare service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical monitoring, emergency support, or individualized clinical advice. Consult a healthcare professional about your symptoms and whether a routine is appropriate for you.
