PLAIN LANGUAGE, NO HIDDEN SCORING

Behind the result - No mystery in the method

Your dated observations, in order.

The planner sorts your diary entries by date, counts entries and distinct dates, and repeats any intensity ratings you choose to enter. Ratings are your personal descriptions on a 0–10 scale, not a validated clinical score. It does not combine observations into a health score, identify patterns medically, or judge symptom severity. You can log more than one observation on the same date.

Blank optional fields are omitted. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML. Calculations run in your browser.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you go

Is an intensity rating a diagnosis?

No. The rating is an optional description you choose. It is not a diagnostic scale, and the planner does not interpret it. Ask a healthcare professional about any symptoms or concerns.

Can I record more than one observation per day?

Yes. Add another diary entry and use the same date. Each observation remains separate, including its optional context and rating. Dates cannot be in the future.

Can I share a diary with my healthcare professional?

Yes. Generate your diary, then print it or download the text file. Review the contents before sharing; exported files may contain sensitive personal details.

Does the site store my health details?

This plugin does not send planner inputs to a server, use browser storage, or create an account. Entries stay in the current page’s memory and clear when you refresh, leave, or reset. Downloads and printouts are your responsibility; other plugins, hosting services, and browser extensions have their own practices.
