PRIVACY POLICY

Your inputs belong in your browser.

This policy describes the PCOSFighter wellness-planning plugin. It also explains where hosting, WordPress, other software, and your own actions can change the privacy picture.

Planner inputs and results

The planners ask for information you choose to enter, such as observations, cycle dates, food ideas, activity minutes, a planned sleep schedule, and goals. Treat that information as potentially sensitive. You may use invented examples or keep optional details blank.

The plugin calculates results in the current page’s memory. It does not transmit the field values to its server, create planner accounts, write health records to the WordPress database, or use local storage, session storage, or cookies to preserve drafts. There are no planner submission endpoints or external data feeds in the plugin.

Retention and your controls

Planner entries and results clear when you refresh, close, navigate away from the page, or select Clear all. This is not secure erasure of your device’s memory, browser history, or system backups. A browser may retain page state during back navigation until the page is restored; the planner clears its forms on restoration.

Printing and downloading create copies outside the planner. Those copies may remain in Downloads, cloud-synced folders, print queues, device backups, or shared printers until you remove them. The site cannot remotely delete them. Check before sharing a plan or leaving a shared device.

Ordinary website visits and third parties

Requesting a page necessarily involves your web connection and the website’s hosting service. Hosting and security logs may record information such as IP address, requested URL, date, browser details, and error status. Retention and access are controlled by the hosting provider and site owner, not by the planner. Never put health details into a URL or query string.

This plugin does not include advertising, tracking pixels, analytics, third-party fonts, or external libraries. However, WordPress themes, other plugins, a content delivery network, security services, browser extensions, or analytics added by the owner can change the behavior of the complete site. The owner should audit those services and update this policy before public use. HTTPS protects data in transit but is not a guarantee against every risk.

Contacting the site owner

The plugin does not run a contact form. If you choose an email link on the Contact page and send a message, your mail application, mail providers, and the recipient process the message. The recipient may retain it to address your inquiry. Do not send health records or full planner exports. Ask the site owner directly about message retention or deletion.

For privacy requests related to hosting logs or optional services, use the configured contact route. The plugin has no server-side planner record to retrieve, export, correct, or erase. This does not remove any rights you may have regarding information held elsewhere by the site owner or its providers.

Audience, security, and policy changes

This is a general personal-planning resource, not a service designed to collect children’s health data. People who need help using it should involve an appropriate trusted adult or healthcare professional. Avoid identifiable details when using a shared or monitored device.

No site can promise absolute security. The owner is responsible for WordPress updates, plugin updates, HTTPS, access control, backups, and reviewing additional services. This policy must be revised if the actual site changes. Check this page again before entering sensitive information if you have not used the site recently.
